He is skilled in Development programme management and evaluation; publishing management. Murray holds B.Sc (Econ) from the University of Hull, UK. Nancy is a full time Intellectual Property attorney and a part time consultant in the same field. She has practised for 23 years as a litigator, insurance, and employment lawyer before taking up her current role as an intellectual property and competition law attorney. Nancy has edited the Zimbabwe Law Reports and support the High Court as an expert on intellectual property matters under Rule 19A of the High Court Rules. She is skilled in Analysis, Legal drafting and understanding of commercial transactions.
Nancy of hold a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Zimbabwe, Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from University of South Africa, Master of Laws in Oil, Gas and Mining Law from Nottingham Law School, UK and she is currently studying Master of Science in Climate and Sustainable development at University of London.

Katrina is the Managing Director of Development Innovations Group (UK and Zimbabwe) Wordology Works. She is a seasoned development professional with over two decades of sound consultancy, training and programme experience in livelihoods, social protection, health, gender, human rights, as well as arts and culture support work across eastern and southern Africa. She has worked with DFID, UN, government, tertiary institutions and a range of civil society organisations. She has been an Information and Communications Manager, Regional Head of Publications and Documentation, Coordinator and Course Tutoring for the Open University (UK) as well as Chief of Party for a Democracy and Governance program. This has erected her expertise in development writing, editing and material production as well as program management, advisory and evaluation.
Katrina holds a BSc from Glasgow University, Post Graduate Diploma Project Planning and Management from University of Zimbabwe, MSc Development Management, Open University, UK, Certificate in Applied Technology for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL), Advanced Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, NESTA UK Creative Enterprise Trainer of Trainers. She joined Legal Resources Foundation in January 2013.
Anna Johanne is a registered legal practitioner, conveyancer and notary public who has worked in private practice focusing on commercial law, conveyancing, estate administration, family law, intellectual property. Anna also has experience working for international organisations. Presently Anna is the Head of Office for the International Committee of the Red Cross here in Zimbabwe.
Anna holds a Masters in Advanced Studies in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and Rule of Law from the Geneva Academy of IHL and Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, a Master of Laws in International Law from the University of Pretoria, in Pretoria, South Africa as well as a Bachelor of Laws Honours Degree from the University of Zimbabwe in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Anna is involved with several charities organisations working with marginalized groups, in particular women and children and has been on various boards and fundraising committees of such organisations. Presently Anna is a Board of Trustee for the Legal Resources Foundation as well as a member of the Advisory Board of Emerald Hill Children’s Home in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Promise is the Senior Partner of Coghlan and Welsh Legal Practitioners. He joined Messrs. Coghlan & Welsh, Legal Practitioners, as a Professional Assistant immediately on leaving Law School, and was registered and admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court. He was admitted into the partnership of Messrs. Coghlan & Welsh, Legal Practitioners after only three years in practice. He was then elevated to the position of Managing Partner and Staff Partner. He eventually became the Senior Partner of the firm in 2007, a position he holds to date. Promise is skilled in Leadership and Management Skills, Financial Literacy and Dispute Resolution Skills among others. He is a member of the SADC Panel of Arbitrators and he sits on various Boards including Ecobank, Zimbabwe.
Promise holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from the University of Zimbabwe, Bachelor of Law Honours Degree (BL) from the University of Zimbabwe and Development Lawyers Course from Rome, Italy. He joined Legal Resources Foundation in March 2017 as a Human Resources Committee and Public Interest and Advocacy Committee.
Susan is an internationally certified Commercial Arbitrator and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). She is a former partner in the law firm Danziger and Partners. She was the inaugural Company Secretary and Legal Advisor for the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority and subsequently Managing Director/ Country Manager in a multinational corporation. She is a former Chairman of the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe and past Chairman of the Culture Fund of Zimbabwe Trust. Susan has served as non-executive director in various industries including banking, insurance, telecommunications, real estate and not-for-profit organisations.
She holds an LLB Hons degree from the University of Zimbabwe, an MBA and LLM from the United Kingdom and an arbitration degree from Switzerland. She sits on the AFSA SADC Division panel of arbitrators and currently practices as a full time independent commercial arbitrator. She joined Legal Resources Foundation in September 2019 as a member of the FRAC and Nominating and Governance Committees.
Sharon is a Chief Operating Officer of Nurture Investment Management. She is a former Partner with Mawere Sibanda Commercial Laywers in the Investments and Project Finance practice group and Associate Secondee with Mayer Brown, London in the Project Finance group. She has worked in Commercial Law mainly Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance and Investments, Private Equity, Business Administration, Civic Leadership and Rights Advocacy.
Sharon holds an LLB Honours from University of Zimbabwe, Certificate in Human Rights from University of Cape Town, Civic Leadership from Arizona State University and she has just completed MBA thesis with Steinbeis University, Germany. She joined Legal Resources Foundation in 2019 as a Resource Mobiliser.
Tinoziva is the Senior Partner and Founder of Bere Brothers Legal Practitioners. He is also a Member of Panel of Arbitrators and Conciliators of The International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) of World Bank, a Board Member of Ecobank Zimbabwe, a Chairperson of Risk Management Committee of Ecobank Zimbabwe, Founding Board Member and Board Treasurer of Mutare Legal Projects Centre and Chairperson of Research, Advocacy and Strategic Litigation Committee of Legal Resources Foundation. Tino’s area of specialisation is Corporate Law with emphasis on innovative institutional set up and advancement, corporate structure design and implementation, strategy formulation or alignment, labour law advisory and framework design, legal due diligence for businesses and person, legal and business risk review and mitigation, corporate ethics and anti-corruption framework. He also has interest and skills in special property structures and projects legal service, property law practice, commercial transactions legal service, business set up, business acquisitions, investment law and resources sector legal advisory.
Tinoziva is skilled in corporate and commercial law practice, legal drafting, legal opinions and reviews, legal due diligence, corporate legal service, Mediation and negotiation of commercial contract disputes, Institution creation (e.g. Private university, new local authority, sector holding company) structuring, advancement, defining legal and regulatory framework, draft or review rules, corporate governance structures, policies, rules and procedures, Labour law services, legal framework, by laws, contracts of employment, codes of conduct to advice and reviews, drafting of employment contracts and codes of conduct, labour consultancy, negotiation and litigation of labour disputes and Labour advisory and casework covering strategic advice in case formulation, preparation, research, support, build up, handling, negotiation, advisory services, management to case legal representation, among other things. He is a respected member of the Zimbabwe legal profession since 1990 and is rising through leadership to Presidency of Law Society of Zimbabwe (2011-2013) as well as serving on the board and key standing and adhoc committees of the largest Financial Services institution in Zimbabwe at the time. He joined the Legal Resources Foundation in 2016.
Nokubekezela Phuthi Nyuke
Nokubekezela is the managing director of Treger Plastics, a division of Treger Products (Pvt) Ltd. She has completed her articles of clerkship with Deloitte and Touche from 2006 having joined them from high school. She left Deloitte in November 2012 as an audit manager to join Delta Beverages as a management accountant. In May 2014, Noku was promoted to Finance Manager in the Sparkling Beverages Division, a position she held till she left the company in June 2018. She then joined the Tregers group as a Financial Manager of the Treger Plastics division and in January 2020, was promoted to Financial Director. Noku was then promoted to lead the division as the Managing director in June 2021.
Nokubekezela holds a Bachelor in Accounting Science from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School and a Chartered Accountant – CA (Z) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe. She is a business executive with a strong background in finance including financial reporting, internal controls, cash flow management and management accounting. She gained audit experience in various industries including manufacturing, not for profit, financial services and media and technology. She joined Legal Resources Foundation in August 2021 and sits on the Finance, Risk and Audit Committee.
